Moonrise on Mars, Marsset on Sun, Sunset on Moon, Earthrise on Sun,
Sunday at noon, Sun sets at dawn, Dawn dawns on man, One man drowns
Man sits down, gets nothing done. Dawn sits on earth, moonrise on sun, man set on moon, gets nothing done.
Small step. Down.
Dawn moves a man. One step ahead. Giant leap. Mankind on Mars. Is there.
Life sets on land. Gets nothing done. Sits down.
Giant kind. Kind sun. Kind men of mankind sunset at mean time.
Sad men move no mountain. Mean men make war on Mars. Peace on Earth. Mess on Moon. Giant leap. Calm down.
Dawn sets at dark. Moon rise on sun.Been there. Done. That step for mankind.
Coulda. Shoulda. Woulda. Jupiter. Earth sets on Mars. No sun.

A man walks into a bar. Then walks out. Giant leap. Soon to come.
Sun. Sex. Sand. Stone. Moon. Found. Ground. Fall. Down.
Mars dawns on man. Woman goes down. Giant. Leap. Small. Step. Swallow. Deep.
Is my wife on mars? Venus calls. Saturn rings. No answer.
Sun sets on seven wonders. Man sits down on moon and wonders. Is there?
Jupiter. There is. Therefore. I am.
Hanne Lippard, born in 1984 in Milton Keynes, England, she graduated from the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam in 2010. Since then she has mainly devoted her time to writing. Her texts comprise personal observations that underscore how she looks at the world around her in what is often a mildly ironic yet hilarious manner. These texts are at the base of her time-based works, which include short films, sound piece and performance.
