To whom this haven’t happened before?
You trek into a clothing store with your best friend in dragrope. Together you dig trough clothing racks while sometimes raising a hanger, asking the question „What about that?!“ without words. And then you get a garment plonked in front of you, which you would never ever would have chosen for yourself and justifiably overlooked. You hesitate and ponder. „Well, all right, let me see it. I may try it on, but only for you!“.
And then you open the curtain, perplex but radiant with joy. It not only fits, it fits perfectly, just as a second skin.
Also the shown garments need a fashion conscious and quality aware carrier to unfold themselves, in the true sense of the word.
The photographer duo Likeness examined this phenomenon carefully and created compositions with a clear imagery. Hope is in sight, for animated and personalized ad campaigns, which save us from messy tangled hair that we get for free moving out of the changing cubicle.
"My shoes turn into little art works ‘cause they usually are so full of paint and I find it hard to throw them out!" High ceilings filled with 60s and 70s Rock 'n' Roll, chucks, no mobile reception but oil dripping everywhere — welcome to Issa Salliander’s magical world of paint.
